8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOBILE APP GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mobile App Group and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California.

11. California Residents

12. Modifications
